SEED BUTTER

 

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups sun flower seeds

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

coconut oil (as needed)

optional: cinnamon

 METHOD:

Fry the seeds in a little coconut oil until golden brown. Remove from heat. Add the sugar, salt and cinnamon. Combine in a food processor and blend until the desired consistency. Allow the food processor/ blender time to cool down during the process. (blend 5 minutes, rest 5 minutes and repeat)
