quiche Pie

 

INGREDIENTS:

4 eggs

250 ml cream

salt and pepper

herbs

frozen puff pastry

onions, mushrooms, peppers, butternut

cheese (optional)

METHOD:

Line a pie tin with puff pastry. (do not pre-bake). Combine the eggs, cream herbs and spices in a bowl. Set aside. Next, fry the mushrooms, onions, bacon and steam some butternut cubes. Place the fried items into the pastry-lined dish. Pour the egg mixture over the top. Sprinkle with cheese (optional) and Bake for 40 minutes or until the egg has set.
