sunflower seed oatmeal cookies

 

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup sunflower seed butter

¼ cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

Pinch of salt

½ cup ground sunflower seeds

1 ½ cup gluten free oats

½ cup coconut milk

1 tsp baking soda

¼ cup rice flour

METHOD:

Preheat the oven to 175C (350 F). Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl. Mix well. Form into balls and place on a lined baking tray 5cm apart. Bake for 10- 15 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom.
