sunflower seed flour

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

Sunflower seeds

Coffee grinder

 

METHOD:

Grind seeds in the coffee grinder (or food processor) for 2 minutes or until they have turned to a flour-like consistency. Do not over-grind them... (or you may end up with seed butter!)

Use this nutty flavoured flour as a gluten free flour substitute in your favourite recipes. I replace wheat flour with half seed flour and half rice or chickpea flour.
